Things that confuse the shit out of me.
People that try to raise their squat when their sport is weightlifting and they're trying to improve their snatch and CNJ. Just spend 10 minutes, compute into an excel file and check the % of time you spend on your squats vs your snatch CNJ.
If it's more than the time you spend snatching and CNJ'ing and working the technicalities of the competition lift, you're probably a squatter that's using weightlifting methods to get better in squatting.
